
I need my files back and in sync with my computer because I have other ongoing projects and I have not yet received an update from the support team regarding my ticket.Dropbox refunded $6 which is half of what I pay monthly because my account became a part of their Dropbox Team account subscription.I have not yet signed into my personal account back to my Dropbox desktop app and I have no plans to do so for fear that I might lose my files if I do. They can either transfer an existing account to a Dropbox Business account or create a new account using their work email address.Their Dropbox Team folders + my folder is still in the Dropbox folder on my computer even though my access is gone. I have recent access still saved locally.Whenever I sign into my personal account, it is empty.I originally have 2TB of storage but now reverted to 2GB.

My personal account now has no subscription or upgrade.My client and work files are included! My email address is now not a member as I requested for them to remove it thinking it will bring back my subscription and files, but I am wrong. Google Drive is an incredibly useful tool for organizing, storing and sharing all of your files online.

I have a client that invited me to their Dropbox Team, and I never expected that my files will merge with theirs.
